*Terms & Conditions:
- All prices are in Fijian dollars, and is exclusive of 15% Fijian government VAT.
- Adults in Fiji are classified by law being 18yrs and above.
- Includes free – flow beverages at all dining outlets between 11am – 9pm
- Beverages are only provided by the glass and are to be consumed only at the outlet.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol will be enforced at all times.
- This package may be changed, altered or terminated at the discretion of management.
- Items may be substituted by management in case of supply issues.
- Should a premium beverage be requested, the price difference between the product included and the product requested will be paid by the consumer
- The package cannot be shared to any non - paying person.
- Should any package conditions be breached, management reserves the right to terminate the package immediately without refund.
Please note: Meal Plan surcharges will apply payable direct during festive dates as follows: Christmas Day 25th December 2025 & New Year’s Eve 31st December 2025. Some restrictions may apply and items that will incur a surcharge are clearly marked on the menu and venues may change without notice.
Terms and conditions
All meal plans entitlements are available for the duration of the stay and starts from your immediate arrival to resort and ends at 12:00 hrs on the day of departure.
- Alcohol Package can only be sold as part of the All Inclusive Package including full board meals and cannot be sold separately.
- All Packages must be sold to all members occupying the room for entire duration of their stay.
- All rates, quoted in Fijian Dollars and exclude local taxes (15% Value Added Tax – VAT) however subject to change.
- Applicable to ALL markets.
- Offer can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of the resort.
- Food and beverage served under the respective packages are for personal consumption. It is not permitted to offer or invite other guests for drinks / services that is included in your meal plan.
- Should you wish to invite another guest for drinks, or any other item included in your meal plan, you must purchase them at the standard rate.
- Prior reservations are required for Ivi and Sundowner restaurants and it is subject to availability.
- Any beverages not included in the meal plan will be indicated on the menu with additional charges.
- Any food that is not part of the package is chargeable at the regular listed resort prices and should be paid directly to the resort prior to departure.
- Gäste, die dasselbe Zimmer gebucht haben, müssen denselben Verpflegungsplan nutzen. Pro Aufenthalt darf nur ein Verpflegungsplan gewählt werden.
- Management have the rights to stop serving alcoholic beverages to intoxicated guests.
- There are no refunds or substitutions. None of the benefits can be transferred to another person or has cash value.
- Guests are required to sign bills at each outlet to acknowledge the consumption. However, guests will not be charged for any item that is included in the meal plan.
