How to book a room at OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels

1. Buchungen sind frühestens möglich45 Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum. 
2. A maximum of 2 rooms per booking, up to 7 discounted room nights per room are allowed at the EMEE or RELA rates.
3. Use the booking tool at the top of this page to enter the appropriate promo code as follows
   - Enter promo code EMEE for Host Rates* then click Check Availability to continue booking or click here

4. Hosts may book EMEE or RELA.
5. Friends and family traveling without a host may book RELA only.
6. Wenn für Ihre Reisedaten keine EMEE- und RELA-Tarife verfügbar sind, wird der Tagestarif angeboten.
7. Schließen Sie die Buchung auf der Website ab und drucken Sie eine Kopie Ihrer Reservierungsbestätigung aus.
8. Complete the OUTRIGGER Host Reservation Authorization form and obtain approval from your Human Resources department or Executive Office.
9. At check-in, eligible hosts, immediate family members, extended family members and friends will need to present signed authorization form and hotel reservation confirmation.
10. EMEE  and RELA rates will NOT be honored without signed authorization form. 

How to book a room at a partner GHA DISCOVERY property

GHA DISCOVERY Staff Rate
Offered at 50% off the best available rates.

All staff/associates working for a GHA DISCOVERY Partner Hotel are entitled to stay in any GHA DISCOVERY Partner Hotel that offers the special rate. Rates are set by the Head Office of each GHA DISCOVERY Brand normally offers at 50% off BAR.

Any friend or relative of a staff/associate working for a GHA DISCOVERY Partner Hotel can stay at this special rate. This rate does not require any employee confirmation letter.

1. Host rates and Friends & Family rates are available at Embassy Suites – Waikiki Beach Walk
2. If Host rates and Friends & Family rates are not available for your travel dates, the Best Available Rates will be offered.
3. Request forms will be accepted within (45) days of requested check-in date.
4. A maximum of 2 rooms per booking, up to 7 discounted room nights per room are allowed at the Host rates or Friends & Family rates.

6. Completed forms with signatures are to be scanned and emailed to [email protected]
7. Reservations will respond to the request within (7) business days.
8. If confirmation is provided, hosts are responsible for obtaining an HR approved Reservation Authorization form. This form must be presented upon check-in or the host’s reservation will be subject to the best available rate.

*Rules for Host Rates (EMEE)
Hosts and their families may book up to:
- Maximal2 Zimmer und7 Tage pro Aufenthalt sind erlaubt
- Available to eligible hosts and their immediate family members (legal spouse/significant other, children/stepchildren of the host, parents, and siblings). Hosts, legal spouse/significant other, children/stepchildren (under age 18) of the host are not eligible to stay at the host's primary location.
- Preise und Zimmer richten sich nach der Verfügbarkeit, verstehen sich exklusive Steuern und Gebühren und können ohne vorherige Ankündigung geändert werden.

**Regeln für Friends & Family-Tarife (RELA)
Hosts and their families may book up to:
- Maximal2 Zimmer und7 Tage pro Aufenthalt sind erlaubt
- Available to extended family and friends (grandparents, in-laws, aunts/uncles, cousins, and friends).
- Preise und Zimmer richten sich nach der Verfügbarkeit, verstehen sich exklusive Steuern und Gebühren und können ohne vorherige Ankündigung geändert werden.
